Match Bank Data - Department Dropdown on Add Charge / Add Deposit
We are trying to use the new Match Bank Data functionality (as the old process is being discontinued).
On the 'Add Charge' and 'Add Deposit' functions, we are not seeing one of our Departments on the Department drop down list.
Looking at our Department configurations, the one that is missing is set to our parent subsidiary, with 'include children' ticked, whereas all the others are set for the specific subsidiary we use for our day to day transactions.
Is there an issue with Departments and 'include children' showing in these new screens?
(On the old Reconcile Bank Statement screen we can select this Department)
