Netsuite Shipping Area - Reference Field 2
Hello all,
Under Setup>Accounting>Shipping, under the Preferences tab, there is a dropdown for Reference Field 2, where Netsuite gives you options to port over certain info from the Sales Order form directly into that field on the Item Fulfillment form.
Unfortunately, the options here are too limited for us. We are trying to import orders from Staples, and the Staples customer's order number needs to come in and end up in Ref Field 2.
Has anyone been able to create a workaround for this? Either by adding choices to this dropdown that is out of the box in Netsuite or some other way?
