UPS Negotiated Rates
For the longest time we used flat rate shipping. Now we want to offer UPS Ground to our customers at our Negotiated rate. We use Netsuite combined with Ozlink to fulfill our orders
I have chosen UPS Negotiated Rates when I go to Set Up> Accounting> Shipping>Preferences. It is still only showing me in the webstore (or at fullfillment) what I believe is the list rate.
I played around with this for hours yesterday, read the suite awnsers article and post on this forum. Couldn't figure it out
My question is, is there something I need to do on UPS.com to allow my UPS account to send the negotiated rate back to netsuite when it calls for it?
