What role should I give to employees for viewing their specific department?

I have 10 departments for my company within Netsuite, I would like to start giving access to my employees to allow them to VIEW the activity in their specific department. Can someone help me identify which role would allow this? Once again, I would like the role to be able to view all the activity for the employees specific department but I do not want them to be able to make changes, entries, or the ability to view other department activities
