Customer Center User List
I think this is probably a very basic question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
I have two use cases related to the customer center.
- We have one customer that has thousands of contacts. When I try to update a contact's customer center access on the access tab the page times out every time. Is there any way to restrict the access tab to only the users who have access and add the access to the contact another way?
- I need to pull back a list of all contacts (same company) having access to a customer center role regardless if they have logged in. I am logged in as an admin. I can see all the users when I go to the role / users but when I try to pull a role / user report for the role under the customer name all I get is my own name pulled back. I must be doing something really stupid. :)
