Is it possible to route email from webforms / inbound external email to Netsuite's ticketing system?
I have multiple inbound requests for information sent from various web properties I want to be tracked and managed inside of Netsuite.
Is there a simple way to do this, for example like an email address that I can add to the CC so that the email will also be sent directly to our Netsuite for management?
I want to use some of the built-in CRM / SFA functions but am not familiar with them.
