Best Practice for Calendars
Netsuite does not allow both CRM and Project Tasks to appear on the same Calendar. So if a Resource has a full day of Project Tasks, and someone who s/he allows to view their Calendar wants to, say, use Scheduler to schedule a CRM Event, that Resource's schedule appears to be available even though the day in question is already booked with Project Tasks. So with this limitation, how are companies that use Netsuite Projects and CRM overcoming this issue?
