"Automatically Notify Supervisor" - can we customise the email message?
When we choose this option "Automatically Notify Supervisor" in Accounting preferences, Time & Expenses, it sends emails like the following:
Employee time entries are ready for you to approve.
You can log in at url xxx to approve time entries.
There may be additional time approvers who can approve the time entries.
You can view the employee time at the following link:
url yyy
My question - can we change this message and if so, how?
Also in the setup, company, general preferences there is an option "email employee on approvals" - can we customise that message?
