Preferred Entity Bank field is greyed out for custom roles
While creating a new Bill Payment, Administrator role can select Preferred Entity Bank. For a custom role with permissions, Preferred Entity Bank field is greyed out, and Entity Bank Details shows error info.
When logged in using a custom role, the user cannot see the preferred Entity Bank and Entity Bank Details fields on Bill Payment Record EFT Tab before. The fields can display after following SuiteAnswer solution. Can you please advise why grey out and with error?
Solution
- Log in using the Administrator role
- Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts
- Look for Electronic Payments Payment UE
- Click on Deployments link
