Project Budget Preference > by Service Items
Hello!
Working on setting up Project Budgets. We use Billing Classes and Charge Rules pretty heavily, and it can be confusing to know how much budget (in dollars) has been allocated to a Project/Project Task... multiple people Allocated to a Project Task, and potentially multiple Charge Rules each with different Billing Rate Cards, etc.
It looks like the Project Budgets feature does this. Testing in the baseline state (grouping all service items into a single "labor" category) totals up the correct dollar amount for the various folks Allocated to the project based on the Charge Rules on the project.
