Work Order - Related Records - Customise - adding detail

I hope you're all well today?
I have a question regarding adding more information (customising) the "Related Records" tab in the Work Order "form".
Within Related Records there is "Builds" (Links - description), in there currently we have "Date", "Type", "Number" and "Status". "Status" is never populated with data so I don't know where this information is coming from. I'd like to add more fields, such as a time stamp, "Memo" field values and also quantity completed for the Types "Work Order Completion".
I cannot find where this table has been created though, any help is much appreciated.
