Wells Fargo - Bank Transactions Not Importing

I've submitted a help ticket, but wanted to check here as well.

I have successfully linked my Wells Fargo account to Netsuite. The connection successfully returns the bank account balance and says that the import was successful; however, none of my transactions actually import.

Additionally, if I try to manually import the transactions as a QFX file, the import fails.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
