Unable to populate value in the sourced field.
Hi,
We have a custom field in the Vendor record which sources its values from a record. The values in the record have a description field which we want to display on the Purchase order.
Field on the Vendor record:
Custom record where we have the description:
Field on the PO where this should be:
We also tried to populate this via workflow, by using: Set Field Value action
- Field: PO Terms Description
- Formula : CASE WHEN {conditionsofperformance} IS NOT NULL THEN {potermsdescription}={termsdescription} ELSE 0 END
- Condition: Conditions of Performance/Payment = Standard, Non-Standard
The issue we have is when the Conditions of Performance/Payment has a value, the PO Terms Description on the PO does not populate the text.
