Dunning Letters Module - Can A Customer Be Assigned More Than 1 Procedure?
Hello Gurus!
I have a few questions for the Dunning Letters module please. Before I will give the flow of the module briefly.
- Set up templates and levels (eg, levels such as over 30 days, over 60 days, and emails for each level)
- Set up rules (eg, if over 30 days, then use template level 1 from above)
- Set up procedures (incorporate rules and templates from above)
- Attach to customer record.
- Activate the preconfigured workflow.
Questions please, all related to shared customers scenarios and all related to "customer-level" dunning, as opposed to invoice-level dunning.
- If 2 subs share all the customers, can different subs treat the same customer differently, with a different procedures?
