Dependent Drop Downs on external forms
Hi
I have dependent drop down custom fields that are working correctly on the UI case form though are not working correctly when used on an external case form.
The first field that is selected is called 'Main Issue'. The value selected in this field narrows down the available options on the related field 'secondary case issue'.
On an external case form, I am getting the following
This is what I get when filling in the case form using the UI
Why would the dependent drop downs not work on an external case form?
Why are there no values in the external form's secondary case issue field when the permissions for this and the main issue field are the same? (and therefore the customer center role should have access to both)
