I have a test workflow on sales orders. I want to change the status to approved (pending billing).

I have a test workflow on sales orders. I want to change the status to approved (pending billing). When I set the status to pending billing, I get the following error

Notice (SuiteScript)

 Invalid orderstatus reference key F.


Note: I don't want to use Item Fulfillment. I don't need to use the item fulfillment and I don't know why the system is forcing me to fulfill the Sales Order since the item is a non-inventory item.
