"From:" (Return Address) on Customer Order Messages
I'm initiating the message via the Communications Tab on a Sales Transaction.
However, I cannot get the Subsidiary Name to populate on the email. Return address keeps showing up as Parent Subsidiary/Company Name.
DKs have been verified. Company preferences have been set to "Use Subsidiary Return".
Domain successfully updated after verifying... No longer showing as "@system.netsuite". Just can't nail down population of the From: "Name".
Where am I getting stuck?
