Amazon to Netsuite Woes - Netsuite Connector?

When we implemented Netsuite we hired a 3rd party integrator, In8Sync to connect our Amazon store. We wanted detailed sales information including fees, returns, all the details we typically have for website sales. They have failed so completely that we are now stuck with a year of erroneous data, almost 4000 lines, that need to me manually checked and corrected. We have a complex Amazon account that includes some FBA, FBM, Prime, and Seller-Fulfilled Prime.

Netsuite has a connector of their own that doesn't go as deep into the amazon details, but professes to be reliable for what it does.
