Rejected Expense Reports > Approvers, Rejection Note, Email

Hi I have some questions about expense claims it would help if:


1) when some one rejects an expense claim (either approver or AP state 1) can their name be automatically filled rather than having to type it each time?

2) on the rejection email to to creator is it possible to add in the text the rejection persons name AND the rejection comment (just latest comment)?
