printing a packing list long after a shipment is processed
I have situations where the customer claims not to receive a packing list and requires a copy in order for them to receive the goods. We have been able to provide that, the last P/L emailed on 07-14-22, but since then we can print the packing list but the items shipped are no longer listed.
Attached is the P/L that was printed on 07-14-22 and the same P/L printed today:
Am I to assume that an update was made by NS?
If anyone has any answers, please let me know as soon as possible.
