Auto-assign cases based on hours
How can we set up case assignment for even distribution when one of our customer support reps works less hours than the rest of the team. Example, our customer support team works 40 hours per week except for one team member. This one team member works 30 hours per week but still being assigned the same about of cases as the rest of the team working 40 hours.
