Okta SAML Missing Roles
We just enabled SAML with Okta for NetSuite. We can access NetSuite successfully via SALM Okta authentication. However, when a user access NetSuite via SAML they do not see all their roles - specifically the Administrator role. If they log into NetSuite directly with their email and password, they see the Administrator role but only the Administrator role. If they log into NetSuite via SAML, they see all their roles EXCEPT for the Administrator role.
Before enabling SAML users were able to log into NetSuite with their email and password and see all their roles including the Administrator roles for those who have access to administrator role.
