China VAT Rebates on Purchases - recording and reporting

As of April 2022 certain companies in China have been allowed to claim rebates back on VAT paid on purchases. Currently in the China Localization bundle there are no tax codes created or reports provided. Is netsuite going to include these in future updates of the china localization bundle? And in the meantime how are others addressing the need? Are we just manually creating tax codes and reports to satisfy the need?
