cannot cancel bill with deactivated workflow
Hi gurus,
We deployed a bill approval workflow using the Purchase Order Basic Approval template and just changed the document type to Bill. Several bills were already posted and were still unapproved when the workflow was deactivated. However, these unapproved bills could not be cancelled. When clicking the Cancel Bill button, this error message is prompted "this record has been locked by a user defined workflow". How can we cancel these bills?
