How to Customize Balance Sheet Report to show Account Numbers and details

Hello Gurus!

I am customizing a balance sheet and I came across some issue. Could you help me sort these out please?


(1) One of the accounts shows up without the account number. I am not sure why. All others have numbers next to account names.



(2) Rollup - my prepaid expense account is a parent account and has children under it, but I can't roll it up to show just the parent in the custom BS. Fo some reason they don't show up in the layout. But it does show up in the report somehow. In COA these do have a parent-child relationship.
