How to remove standard roles?

I want to delete unwanted roles.

As you can see in the attached image, I would like to delete all unnecessary roles displayed in the standard function, but I cannot edit them and cannot delete them.

Are these impossible to delete?

I have created custom roles and do not need all the standard roles.

Also, when selecting to grant role access from an employee record, it is annoying to see the unwanted roles.

Also, our auditor is asking why we have multiple roles.


Can you please tell me how to remove them?
