How to filter Sales by Customer Report by Class?
We are using Class to categorize only Items. Then Class field value in Item records is selected from Class List values. Class List values are setup in a hierarchy for lesser to greater detail categorization.
The Class shows on both transactions in item lines, not main line. When creating a custom Sales by Customer report I used the Report Component Item and join field Item: Class as a filter to select only results for desired Items in specific Class categories. However, a report user has modified same custom report to add filter for Report Component Sales and Field Class = -No Class-. (screenshot below) The additional filter is returning very odd results.
