When creating a deposit, what should NetSuite do if I want to deduct the amount for sales commission

When creating a deposit, what should NetSuite do if I want to deduct the amount for sales commissions from the accounts receivable created in an invoice transaction?


For example, if the sales commission is 50,000,000 yen out of the 5,000,000,000 yen in accounts receivable, I would like to create a deposit transaction for the 4,500,000 yen in accounts receivable.
