How to install NetSuite's Track1099 Bundle?

Hi

I would like to use Track1099 by Avalara to submit form 1099-NEC . I know we have to pay a fee for each submission

before I can use their E-filing solution, on their website, they asked us to download:

1099 Vendor Payment Report - Track1099 from NetSuite bundles.

I was told to check if this report is free before I download. the purpose of the report is to create the csv import file for filing using Track1099 by Avalara

Also, I can see there is another bundle : Track1099 by Avalara. Is this BUNDLE

free? and what is this bundle for? is it for filing 1099-NEC?
