Why is the Uninstallation of Singapore Localization SuiteAPP is failing?

Hi, I was trying to uninstall one SuiteAPP from my account, but it is giving the status as failed and I am unable to do anything. My agenda is to reinstall the SuiteAPP there after successful uninstallation. Please can someone help how to get rid of that error.

The error is Uninstallation Failed: This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records. And I have checked all the script deployments as well nothing is checked.
