How to update the name displayed in SuiteCommerce Automated Emails?

SuiteCommerce has four automated emails that are sent when certain activities take place: order creation, cancellation, approval, and shipment. NetSuite allows you to enter a from email address for each of these, but there appears to be no way to provide a name to go with these email addresses.

Today's mail clients tend to truncate an unnamed sender's email address to the prefix when displaying it, as seen in the image below. We'd like to extend branding to our automated emails so they appear as "Our Org Sales" instead of just "sales"
