How to create a Report/Saved Search that combines Item and Transaction information?

edited Dec 23, 2022 1:59AM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

I need to create a report that included both item record information as well as transaction information. I've not been able to combine the information into one report. I need to specifically identify the correct reorder point and preferred stock level based on our past sales history. Additionally, I will adjust the reorder point and preferred stock level based on the new lead times our suppliers are providing to us. Some of our supplies have more than doubled lead times and I need to ensure our reorder points are set based on this information.

I have been unable to utilize the auto-calculate function for reorder point and preferred stock level for 2 reasons. First, we utilize our main warehouse location as a distribution facility to stock several of our other warehouse locations, and second, our lead times can change overnight based on feedback we receive from our suppliers/manufacturers.

Howdy, Stranger!
