How to change the Employee's Global Subscription Status from Soft Opt-Out to Soft Opt-In?
As the Admin Role, when I edit an Employee Record's Marketing Subtab (Global Subscription change from Soft Opt-Out to Soft Opt-In, and check the Boxes under Subscribed for each Subscription), then Click Save, the Record reverts to the original values. The changes I made do NOT take effect. I've also tried the same changes via Mass Update/Employee and that also results in NO changes. I have also tried different Browsers and I've had other Administrators here duplicate the problem.
How can I change these fields in the Employee Records?
