Can you rate shop multiple carriers simultaneously?

Currently we offer our website shoppers 3 shipping methods: USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground. I would like to change this and only offer two shipping methods: Economy (USPS Media Mail) and Expedited (either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground). If I did only offer these 2 methods, I'm wondering if I can have Netsuite rate shop both USPS Priority and FedEx Ground simultaneously in order to give the customer the best pricing for expedited shipping. I'm on SiteBuilder and currently I can only rate shop one carrier at a time and those have to be listed separately in the webstore. The idea here is to simplify shipping options for our customers and offer them the best pricing on expedited shipping where they don't have the choice to choose either Priority or FedEx.
