How to update Labor Cost thru CSV import of TimeBill?

Hi, I', trying to import the timebill via CSV in order to update labor cost

the first issue is that i cannot find the labor cost field in the form for a manual entry,

the second issue is that i cannot find that field in the CSV import template.

any suggestion on how to mass update labor cost for time bill?
