Project Task Record: Why Can't I see the Unit Price & Price under Assignees?

Hi,

I enabled Project Task Manager and still can't seem to make Unit Price & Price available under Assignees. I've also enabled Activity Codes and Advanced Project Budgets in Enable Preference.

This is what I see from Project Task Record

Any advise?
