Why does Netsuite not automatically adjust project task end dates with resource availability?
Maybe I am looking at this incorrectly or getting the process wrong.
We assign resources to our projects and then assign them to tasks.
Why does Netsuite allow you to assign more time to an employee than is possible in a given day? Is this a setting that can be changed?
I believe the resource allocation is just an estimate.
When I then visit the resource allocation the overload of hours is not displayed on the chart for the employee.
Do the project managers need to figure this out themselves? Any resources that can help with understanding this is appreciated.
