Why Can't I Find Rev Rec Start/End Date Fields on SO in Any Tab?

Hi, Gurus! :)

I have a strange situation where the standard SO form does not have rev rec start/end dates on the main tab's item tab.

Instead, it is under "subsist fields"; however, I can't find them in any tab in SO.
