Can I use transaction fields on an email template?
The question is a bit vague perhaps, but let me explain with 2 scenarios:
- I know you can transaction fields (transaction and also the items on the transaction) in System Email Templates. But whenever I try that on a regular Email Template that I would like to use in a workflow to send follow up emails, I get errors about those fields... Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but.. is it possible to do this?
- I have a Saved Search that return to me the transaction id, email and the first item on the transaction. I use this SS on a workflow as the SS Condition, however, is it possible to use the fields in the SS IN the email template that's being sent out?
