How to Lock a Record That Will Still Show the Print Action
Hi,
I'm looking a way to lock a record or transactions, for example : Vendor Bills, once it has been approved or status changed from "Pending Approval" to "Open", the users cannot edit the record, but they can still print the record as it is.
Currently I'm using workflow for Vendor Bill approval, and in the last state, I add "Lock Record" actions for all users except for administrators or authorized keyuser.
By doing that, now the users cannot find print button to print out the Vendor Bills for next process.
Is there any suggestions or workaround for above? Any kind of input or comments are welcome.
