How to change sent From Address on Sales Order confirmation email?

Is there a way to change the address a sales order confirmation email is sent from? We would like them all to come from a customer service address.

Right now, they are all showing they are coming from the sales rep that sends the confirmation email from the sales order. Having them all come from our customer service email address would be our preferred method. That way, when they reply to an email, it will go to our customer service team instead of the individual sales rep. Our customer service staff is a lot more responsive to emails than our sales reps are.
