How to resolve NFP managed bundles failing to upgrade in Sandbox for pre-upgrade testing?
Background
- This issue surfaced while upgrading FAST DEV Sandbox to NS Release 2023.1 for non-production testing before Production is upgraded later
- While other managed bundles successfully upgraded in DEV, all 5 NFP managed bundles listed below failed in DEV raising the same error below
- Error
- “Installation Script Error
- JS_EXCEPTION
- The SuiteApp update is blocked. Check your email for details or raise a support case and contact your Account Management Owner (AMO). “
