How Can I Create a saved search with account listing of parents and children and show NO hierarchy?

Hi Gurus!

Is it possible to create some saved search that shows a raw list of all parents and children for COA accounts? And also have a column next it showing "subaccount of" relationship?

For example:

Parent 1 has 2 children. Search will look like below.

Column 1 Column 2

Parent 1 Child of None

Child 1 Child of Parent 1

Child 2 Child of Parent 1
