How to fix error in Item360 - Dashboard Portlet?

Has anyone managed to get any meaningful info or use from the new Item360 SuiteApp?

Firstly the Dashboard Portlet doesn't appear to work:

So the only way I can find to access this is from the link on the bottom of the Reports tab, where I get this:

I can select an Item in the dropdown, but I would have expected there to be a link on the Item Record to do straight to this view (filtered to that Item) - but looking at the way this page has been built, the filters are not in the URL, so I'm guessing that won't be possible.
