Why saved serach CSV export returns inconsistent line break, CRLF or just LF?

I am having trouble when a scheduled saved search CSV export runs, a csv file returns line breaks sometime CRLF but other times LF only. It looks like when csv export lines are long it returns LF, otherwise CRLF.

ex) Saved search result lines are hundreds, each line end returns LF in CSV file. When result lines are a few, it retuns CRLF.

I need the line break consistent either CRLF or LF all the time. Does anyone have an idea on this and any suggestion?
