Why is User notes not showing in System Notes?
Hello,
I currently track our employee's activity by looking at their trail of system notes. Although system notes show when a record is updated or created and even when a task is created for a record... the system notes does not keep record of user notes. Is something wrong in my system or is there a way to see all activity in one place?
When I look at an employee's activity via "system notes" on any given day, it seems like I can see everything besides the user notes that they put in... but that is a big deal for me because after every call we update a new user note.
