Why is "To Be Emailed" Checkbox automatically populated on the Purchase Order?
Can anyone advise where the 'To Be Emailed' field found on Purchase Orders sources from? It appears to auto tick for some vendors but not all.
Almost all the Vendors have an email that auto displays, but only a few trigger the 'To be emailed' box to auto check.
I am trying to work out where it sources so I can stop it as the Vendor does not want to receive an email when the PO is created, only when it is fulfilled, etc.
