NSC | How to show transactions with projects in a Custom Transaction Detail Report?
Scenario:
The Transaction Detail report displays all transactions in a given time period, this can be specifically helpful if you are trying to identify all transactions related to projects.
Solution:
1.) Navigate to Reports > Financial > Transaction Details
2.) Click Customize
3.) To add Project Column:
a.) Go to Edit Columns
b.) Hover to Add Fields
c.) Expand Financial folder > Project subfolder > Project Name
4.) To add the Project filters only - This will make the search exclusive to transactions related to projects
a.) Go to Filters
b.) Hover to Add Fields
c.) Expand Financial folder > Project
d.) Set Filter to not empty
5.) Rename and Save your report
