NSC | How to add End Date to a regular Purchase Order?
Currently, there is no NetSuite standard field for End Date that is similar to that of the End Date field for Blanket Purchase Orders or Sales Orders.
As a workaround for this, is to create a custom field that would function as required:
To do this Users may do the below steps:
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, and Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
2. On the Transaction Body Field page, populate the below fields:
- Label = End Date
- Type = Date
- Under Applies to tab, mark the checkbox for Purchase
- Under the Display tab, populate Subtab = Main
3. Click Save
Then customize the Preferred Form
