NSC | Preferred Check Template Not Used When Printing Checks
There are scenarios where the Preferred Template for Checks is not followed when printing checks. This is because the Preferred Check Form uses a different Print Template. To verify this, kindly follow the steps below:
Check the Custom Check Form:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Click Edit beside the Preferred Check Form
3. Check the Print Template and make sure that it uses the Preferred Print Template
4. Click Save
